Job description:
-handle Bitrix incoming calls (cold calls and client search base)
-handling hosted PBX incoming calls
- meeting daily outgoing calls targets
- sending sms to clients via Bitrix
- meeting new clients sign-up targets
- consulting clients on service rates
- knowledge of rate plans and being able to consult clients
- knowledge of corporate rules of interacting with clients
-daily work reporting
- processing client requests ]
- putting new information into company data base
Things important to us:
- literate speech
- positive attitude and attention to clients
- ability to compete a transaction
- good computer skills
We offer:
-free on-the-job training
-stable salary payable regularly (base pay plus regular bonuses)
-5/2 9AM-6PM work schedule (Monday-Friday)
